Exciting Preakness winners

In recent years, several exciting Preakness Stakes. Does the game is the second stage of the Triple Crown, the public throughout the country are eager to see if the winner of the Kentucky Derby, you can draw and take the Preakness and we hope that the institution itself to win the prestigious Triple Crown - something that has not happened in more than 31 years.
The 2008 Preakness Stakes winner was one of anticipation with Big Brown. The Colt won the Kentucky Derby and was undefeated. The Colt was able to the Preakness Stakes by 5 ¼ length and Macho Again. This led Big Brown in perfect position for the Triple Crown - the fourth horse to win both the Derby and the Preakness while remaining undefeated. However, the Friday following the Preakness, a three-quarter inch crack was discovered on the left before Hoof. The horse suffered the same injury before the horse and trainer Dutrow following the practice of Belmont. Unfortunately, Big Brown is not working well in the Belmont, is placed in a horse and the first Triple Crown hopeful to finish last in the Belmont Stakes, after impressive wins in the Derby and the Preakness.
Curlin did not win the Kentucky Derby, but the Colt is amazing to go into the 132nd Preakness Stakes. Derby stumbled hope to go to the Derby and was beaten by Street Sense. However, he will win the Preakness before Street Sense, the passage at the top of the track and just win by a head. Curlin the Belmont Stakes performance was a battle with the Filly Rags to Riches, who defeated him by a head. Rags to Riches was the first filly to win the Belmont Stakes in more than 100 years. However, Curlin most remarkable achievement is not a Triple Crown race at all, but the Breeder's Cup Classic later this fall. The Colt won the mile and a quarter Classic in 2:00.59, the fastest time on a track neglected.
Another winner of the Preakness Stakes was Afleet Alex. The winning horse is not only a victory, but a true example of determination and atheleticism. In the race, the Colt narrowly escaped disaster when the leader, Scrappy T, waved at the top of the range outside Afleet Alex. Both horses heels cut, causing Afleet Alex To stumble. Jockey Jeremy Rose was launched later the horse in the neck and the horse was almost on its knees. However, Afleet Alex recovered Scrappy T and beat with a margin of 4 ¾ lengths victory. Such a disaster in another race or any other horse could easily have caused a fatal accident. But Afleet Alex, not only recovered and won by 4 ¾ lengths, but also the fastest time in the past eight years Preakness at 1:55. It was the fastest in the three sixteenth Preakness history.
Each year, the Preakness Stakes is a mystery. You never know where the Derby winner will win the second leg of the Triple Crown, or as a great event takes place that changes the course of the Triple Crown together.
